‘ERROR AS ASSET’

The ERROR AS ASSET collection consists of 30 looks and explores the intersection of art, fashion, and responsible production, rethinking waste as a valuable resource.

The collection is divided into two key lines:

ICONIC line – The core conceptual line of the brand.

All garments are created entirely from sneakers – objects positioned on the edge of art and fashion while remaining fully wearable.
ICONIC represents the visual and ideological identity of the brand, demonstrating the potential of upcycling as a form of high fashion.

SIGNATURE line – The second line of the collection follows a more commercial direction.

Here, the brand works with stock fabrics and defective production leftovers, reinterpreting them through its own aesthetic language. Sneaker elements are also present, though in smaller quantities, allowing the line to remain more accessible and suitable for limited
capsule releases.

Styling and Casting

Styling is led by @Gianni.vas a stylist who intuitively captures the brand’s rebellious spirit and its ambition to challenge and transform the fashion industry. Through styling, tension, provocation, and relevance are emphasized, at times deliberately sharpening silhouettes as a form of visual expression. The brand does not adhere to a traditional gender division in its production. The collection includes two size types adapted for feminine and masculine fits, resulting in a balanced structure of 15 looks for feminine and 15 for masculine silhouettes.

As in previous shows, the brand favors open casting lead by csting director @Sasha Kakurina, bringing together professional models and individuals with no prior modeling experience, across different genders and appearances.

Makeup and Social Message

Makeup is used as a direct tool for social expression. Visual references to frostbite and snow on the models’ faces reflect the reality currently experienced by Ukraine and part of the brand’s team. In recent months, the country has faced extreme cold amid deliberate Russian attacks on power plants, which supply not only electricity but also heating for civilian homes.

Makeup lead @dasha.makeup.berlin

This situation has led to a large-scale humanitarian crisis – one the brand considers essential to articulate on an international platform.

Music

The musical score was created by Ukrainian sound producer MARKVART Vyacheslav It is based on a remix of a traditional Ukrainian folk song, enhancing the emotional and cultural depth of the show.

Show Format and Location

The collection presented in a hybrid format, combining a classic runway with a presentation. This approach allows guests not only to experience the movement of the garments but also to examine the ICONIC pieces up close, gaining a deeper understanding of the craftsmanship and construction.

The first phase of the show creates an atmosphere of rapid motion set to a remix of a classical Ukrainian song – a metaphor for fast fashion and the superficial way clothing is often consumed.
The second, presentation phase invites viewers to pause, observe closely, and engage with the deeper meanings behind the collection.
The chosen venue is a historic villa in the center of Berlin.
By placing its “avant-garde chic” within a classical architectural space, the brand creates a deliberate dissonance between form, music, and setting.

Collaborations

The collection features several collaborative projects.

The first collaboration – is with artist Krasnopolska, resulting in accessories including a head chainmail constructed from sneaker laces, titled bubre .

A more extensive accessory collection developed in collaboration with the artist will be presented at a later stage.

The second collaboration – graphic design with social, ecological, and political context was developed by @Alex Babariko , designer and art director.

Together with the brand, a visual identity and a series of messages were created, including:
– political satire addressing global brands that continue operating in Russia and financially supporting the war against Ukraine;

-social reflections on the current state of the world.

-environmental criticism of the oil industry and its by-products;
